Piece Of Me

"The solo section always gives me a chuckle ... I was watching an old black and white movie, sound turned down and noodling on the guitar. Snake charmer and Cobra come on the screen so I looped the empty solo section and played over top of it ... silly ... but part of the riff stuck.

In the studio, Sid kinda raised his eyebrows at me then foraged on, and me with the smirk. The part leading up to the solo is a bit of an afterthought really, I was charting what I had and simply hit the chord by mistake. Just glad it happened before I hit the big studio with Kevan to lay down his drum tracks.
